Equipment Dispositions, Inc. (“Equipment Dispositions,” “we,” “us”) buys, sells, consigns, and auctions used laboratory, scientific, and high-tech equipment. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.edispositions.com, how we use it, and the rights available to you, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

We disclose personal information to service providers who work on our behalf under contracts that restrict how they may use it: website hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), our customer relationship management platform, and payment or logistics partners needed to complete a transaction. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link before doing so.

How to Exercise Your Rights

We will verify your request using the information associated with your interaction with us, respond within 45 days, and extend once by 45 days if reasonably necessary with notice. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will ask the agent for proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.
Global Privacy Control
Our site recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out preference signal.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you, transaction records for the period required by tax and commercial law, and marketing lists until you unsubscribe. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell or share the personal information of minors.
